ご報告ありがとうございます。
iOS 9で挙動が変わっていたのが原因のようでした。
サーバ側で修正しましたので、お手数ですがもう一度試してみてください！

walknote 起動画面で
[facebookで認証] や [twitterで認証] をせずに、
[ユーザ登録] をタップし、
[PukaPuka ID] の欄に、適当な文字列を入れ、
[パスワード] と [パスワードの確認] の欄に、パスワードを入れ、
[新規登録] をタップすると、
ダイアログが出ます。

[はい、同意します]
をタップすると、

[登録中] がしばらく表示された後に、

[エラー
PKPK_AUTH_RET_1412]

が出て、先に行けません。

何か勘違いをしてますでしょうか。
